Dear Sir,
Complainant herein had filed a suit for injunction against Ramesh Kumar Gupta, which is pending before the court of Sh. Rajkumar Ld. JSCC/ ASCJ, Karkardooma Court titled as Ravinder K Rawat Versus Ramesh Gupta. In the said matter the main greviance of the Complainant that the defendnat in the said matter has been raising the illegal and unauthorised construction which is dangerous in nature as the complainant is raised the structure up to the level of 4th floor without any support of concrete Pillars. It is submitted that the defendant in the said matter was raising the said structure on the single brick wall (4 inch in breadth) which enhance the threat to the life and properties of neighbourhood.
In that suit the Hon’ble Court directed the MCD, which made the appearance through Sh. S.R. Dabi, JLO to see to it that no unauthorised construction is raised at the site. The relevant portion of the order of Hon’ble Court is hereby reproduce for your kind reference “ I hereby direct that MCD shall see to it that no unauthorized construction is being carried out in the suit property and file the detailed report regarding the alleged illegal construction by the defendant no.1, if any positively by the next date.”
The Plaintiff has noticed lately that the defendant herein has again started raising the illegal construction in the suit property in violation of the order of Hon’ble Court. The order of the Hon’ble Court is clear and unambiguous that your good office is under obligation to check that no illegal construction will be raised in the suit property. The complainant vide this application requests to your good office to look in to the matter and stop the illegal, unauthorised and dangerous construction.
Would appreciate an early action and intimation to the undersigned.

I was to file a complaint against illegal constuction at House No. 159, Gajju Katra, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. The house owner are using the balcony and chajja (3.5") in the street side. If the construction will completed, all the person, who are living in this area, were facing the lost of problem like air, light and water.

'' C-227 '', which is under construction, as i have a problem with it because the builder is not using a plastic sheet to cover his plot which is causing severe dust in our house due to which my mother became very ill . please help .

THERE ARE TWO ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION AT WZ-206 GALI NO : 02 KRISHNA PARK, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI- 110018 & WZ- 208 KRISHNA PARK GALI NO : 02, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI – 110018. THEY ARE ALREADY USING IIIRD FLOOR AND THEY CONSTRUCTED 4TH FLOOR WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION FROM THE BUILDING NEIGHBORS. THEY USING ABUSING WORD WITH NEIGHBORS. PLEASE KINDLY TAKE SOME STRONG ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

An illegal construction is taking place in full swing in connivance with MCD and Delhi Police in Property No. 2958 by Smt. Preeti Goel By breaking staircase of 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and constructing shops and godowns. This construction is being executed without consulting any architect or structural engineer. We are afraid that this is an old building it may comedown and take more than 50 people's life. We have complained so many times to MCD and Delhi Police but they are hand in gloves.immediate action is needed to stop this menace otherwise there is an casualty in offing.

there are many illigal rooms in c block akhada, and all the tanant(rented person) all day play playing-cards, and drink wine, and use abusing language,

UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION IS GOING IN THE HOUSE NO C-104, STREET NO. 08, CHATTARPUR ENCLAVE PHASE -2, CHATTARPUR-110074. THERE IS NO ONE FROM MCD TO CHECK IT. LABOR IS MISBEHAVING WITH US. THERE THROW CEMENT BRICKS MALBA ETC IN OUR HOUSE.

Before also i had complaint about him but there is no action taking about him.This is really shameless for our country.

You are requested to kindly take immediate steps to stop the above explained activities. We are surprised that MCD and police officials have visited but not taken any actions.

I would like to inform you that there has been an illegal construction done on the roof. The owner of 3rd Floor is altering the standard plan of the Building, Against the sanctioned plan set by MCD, Delhi. the Builduing is already GF+1st+2nd+3rd Floors high. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD.
We hope that MCD Dept. will take strict action against UnAuthorised Constructions like this & penalise the people deviating the said Laws & structure laid down by MCD.
