I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. Sir,
I would to make this thing in to your eyes that resident of F-182 D G.T.B enclave (MIG) flats Delhi-110093. Has made an unauthorized extended bath room in our absence in the passage of gutter room. Now, at the same time other resident of our building has copied the same architecture.
The design of that bathroom is in the passage of the Gutter room which was made to maintain the airflow of that passage. As the consequence of this has been started coming in the form of seepage and foul smell which has started coming from that gutter passage as well as the cracks in the walls.
As we have complaint this about the seepage so many times as usual no response is coming from there side. Even as the cracks has been started coming in our walls and the tiles of our bathroom and toilet have started cracking also seepage has been increased at a very high level just because of this illegal construction of the bathroom.
We request you to please look into this matter and take the relevant action on this matter before any incidence will get occurred.

Citizen — new tar roads - digging, cutting by culprits
In the season of ganesh festival, all the roads are digged by the culprints in the name ganesh. They collect money from business establishments, residents and install the idol of ganesh, they dance in the night, put mikes loudly, create noice polution etc etc. Even the leaders, politicians go to their function and encourage them. Ultimately the team will become social elements. Ganesh festival is already over, but even today you can see the celebrations. In T.Dasarahalli, all Tar roads are newly made. Even today when I passing on Kalyananagar, 6th Cross T.Dasarahalli, the roads are digged by the boys to install ganesh idol on the road. They do not have common sence at all. They made 6 to 7 holes on the road to make a shelter for Ganesh. MLA / Government is doing promptly their development work, but not maintaining the same. The boys should be punished for their act. BBMP is closed their eyes. bcoz, politicians will go to such function and encourge the team of members who are doing/celebrating the function in the name Lord Ganesh. Govt spending crores of ruppees to put tar to the roads, these culprints will dig and spoil roads for the purpose of Ganesh fuction,. Is this good. BBMP should take serious action on such acts. Police should arrest such teams/associtions who are spoiling the road and creating noice polution by putting the mikes whole nights. We are the resident of Gali no 59, Lekhu Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi 10035 and we want to draw the kind attention of Delhi Government and MCD department that in this gali a property dealer is constructing a building in 50 guz area with 6 floors with lower quality of material and this can be so dangerous it can break down any time.
we are surprising that even a MCD or any Policeman did not come to see this construction because this dealer has already warm there pocket with huge bribe amount.
we all citizens fears from the dealer because he has connection with some unsocial elements and one family has already suffered with his terror.

we the sufferers of a-block dda flat kalkaji are signing a complaint for the 10th time against sh. surjeet singh & smt. surjeet kaur R/o a-73, a-74, a-75, a-76. that they have broken the seal for the 12th time. every time the m.c.d staff put the imperfect seal and they take some bribe from the owner. in dda flats, construction of 4th floor is illegal but the work is going on inside the building under the nose of corrupted mcd staff. every time the seal is broken the work gets resume in the way of the pedestrian which causes a great problem to the people going through the way. its our deep request to you that please please take some serious action so that this cannot be repeated again in future. breaking the seal is big crime under the act.

There is blockage in flowing water of nalli outside every house in C-10 block of Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 but it is very strange, even without our any complaint, MCD staff comes off and on to clean it in front of our house only, not in front of any other house which does not relieve any problem rather it creates a problem and nuisance by expelling all waste outside in open to remain there for days together.
Neither any other part of nalli is ever cleaned in our street nor is anyone else threatened as we are from the MCD staff for challans/fine etc. If the matter is to be considered seriously then let the whole process be done in a proper way(cleaning process in the front of every house in our street) at least and better if you please rebuilt and widened for proper drainage of rain water etc.
My humble request to the authorities is that the partial cleaning creates problem, so let this be done along the road throughout, otherwise what is the fun of doing cleaning partially especially in front of our house only and leave the garbage there. This way it will never remove the problem no matter how many times, even if staff comes daily and repeat this process in front of our house only and this is very very big headache for us now as only our family is paying penalty this way.
Kindly consider on priority for the long term solution of the problem. I assure for any help if needed locally from my side but being a senior citizen, at least some courtesy is expected from the Staff instead of any threatening or punishment.

dont go anywhere else and waste your time this is the time you need a lawyer . lawyer can get you a stay order if the structure has not been completed and get you damages as well.

respected sir / madamhere (lig flat no 176 ground floor pocket -d-12 sector-7 rohini delhi-85) commercial use of residential flat is going on . owner of this flat is breaking all the wall of this flat for increase space. he has also illegally covered the goverment area in front of his flat which cost around rs10,00,000 .
