[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj. | |
I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. Rather, instead of taking stringent action against Mr Shrenil Mehta, All the SO CALLED GOVERNMENT OFFICERS HAVE BEEN TAKING BRIBE FROM MR SHRENIK MEHTA TO CLOSE MY COMPLAINT. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY. After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. so pleace take some serious action as we have many problems due to the illegal construction occuping the kishangarh road of about 2 meters .

I am a resident of Pocket-B, Dilshad Garden. There is a park in the pocket maintained by Horticulture Department. Regular marriage and other social functions in this park is making the life of the residents a hell like situation. During the last one month (15.11.09 to 13.12.09) almost everyday the park was booked by marriage parties. I dont know whether it is authorised booking or the customers are using it unauthorisedly in connivance with the concerned people. Till midnight they play loud music and burst crackers. Immediately after the function is over, they start demoliting the tent, clean the utensils and transport it in the night itself so that tents for the next days function is erected. Eventhough a new gate from the GTB side is opened last year, they use the gate from colony (near 109 and 112 blocks) to trasport the material. After the function is over trucks and tractors etc are coming to the park thorough the colony and shifting the material. While one party is shifting the material from the park, another party is bringing materils in the same way for the next day's function. This activity is going on through out the night. With shouting of labours, the sounds of dismantiling the tents, loading and unloding of tent materials and utensils etc. the residents in the nearby area spend the whole night sleepless. People fear to stop them during midnight due to fear to life. The Resident Welfare Association is also not doing anything. They allow all these activities during the night for the reasons best known to them.
the marriage parties have defaced the park very sorrowfully. They removed the tiles at the walking track to make oven for cooking.
Even the water tanker of Delhi Jal Board is stationed inside the colony near block No.112 as the cooking is done at this side of the park.
All this is done eventhough a huge gate has been opened from the GTB Road side for direct entry to the park. However, the marriage party use the gate inside the colony for their convenience as cooking, serving and other main activities are done at the rear end of the tent.
I request the concerned authorities to stop the overnight activities in the Pocket and help the peace loving people to sleep peacefully at least after the function is over at midnight.
I also request you to enquire as to the allotment of park for such functions almost everyday during the marrige season is authorised or not.
I request the authorities to take necessary action to stop all these activities in the Pocket-B, Dilshad Garden otherwise the nearby residents will be forced the approch the Courts of Law for redressel of their grievances.

i bought a villa at kerala for which in the formal agrement after specifying all the charges, one clause was added in vague by the buider "additional expenses, construction tax etc to be incurred by the purchaser(ie me)". In fact, during the time of signing the agrement, the clause thought as irrevelent. post constructiojn of villa, when the builder approached me for the final payment, which is not specified in the agrement, but it included construction tax(3.5% of construction cost), additional expenses etc made me embrassed.So my advice to everone is when concluding formal agrements of construction etc, make it cl;arified from the second party what all are the amounts i we should pay to obtain the final possession.

In front of rohit kunj market pitam pura delhi 34, ALL ROAD SIDE HAWKERS AND SHOPKEEPAR AND DISPLAYED THEIR PRODUCT ON MAIN FOOT PATH . DUE TO SHOPS THERE ARE NO SPACE FOR WALKING ... infact MCD officer did't take any action because they received their share from him.

The heavy constructions are going in F-Block and behind Maharaja Banquet hall. It is impossible to walk on the road due to encroachment of the roads. I request you please take immediate action against them and clear all the roads at the earliest possible.

Kindly note that the sever line in street no. 9, New Usmanpur, Delhi-53, is ckoked for last 10 days, and all sever filth is flowing on the whole road, making the life very difficult for it's residents. Several complaints to the concerned authorities, has fallen on their deaf ears. The matter has been brought to the notice of public representatives of area but still for no avail. Hope you will look into the matter personally.

This is to bring your kind notice that we are staying in QU-28A, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110088. My Neighbour who is staying in upstairs(Ist Floor, QU-28B, Pitam Pura Delhi-110088).
We are facing the problem that they have kept the shed on their front side window and also extented their Balcony from front side two/three feet ahead which is connected with our front side Court Yard and our main enterance so we are not getting the proper light. It will become problem in rainy season that all dusty water
will fall down in our Court Yard and main Enterance.
They have also extented their Balcony from the out side which is also covered our front side room and it's ventilator space. Since it becomes darkness in our Front room and they also Constructed front Door from the Stairs space. It 's wall touched our Ventilator space. MCD has also demolished this construction on 07/10/2010 but I don't know how did he again re constructed this construction. We had also not raised any objection that time but he promised that he will not any activity front side.
After doing all the promise, he kept the shed on front side windown. They have also truned the street light other side.
I would like request u to kindly look into this matter and relief this probelm.

I am vivek Oberoi, resident of ED- block, tagore garden, N.delhi -28. My neighbour (A BUILDER) Mr. ahuja the resident owner of ED-127, tagore garden has re construction of this building from last 8 month & has extended his buildings from 3 sides already. MCD has once demolished it a bit but again he us doing the same. moreover, he has made illegal boundary wall outside his premises on DDA area saying he has purchased it (which is practically impossible). now he is making a Lift outside his house covering foothpath area. this is making parking practically impossible for nearby residents.i hope you would consider it & won't let this illegal contruction happen.

Illegal construction at this address Mr.Dinesh house no. 61 Nehru colony badarpur New Delhi 110044. We have no way to go to home. All material block the road .it is very congested area.
In this new constructions building have basement & three floors and ground floor stairs covered half road please solved this problem.
