I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY. After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. I had being observing from several month that MCD is not taking any corrective action for Violator of Illegal Construction. I am Having an example of House No. 1009/39 D.D.A Flats Kalkaji where they are having a huge space with them and family member are just 5 Person but still after having so much space they have still made a Ramp Right Side of there home. . These space is passing space in D.D.A map on raining season all raining water stuck near about 2 to 3phut from past time raining water go from there way . MCD are not taking any action on these type of violator and even these type of people bribe few people those who are in the authority. Would request you to please take some serious action against them.

As per our telephonic discussions on 29.9.2011 and reminder dated 30.9.2011, I would like to submit that a long patch of the G.T. Karnal Road from Gurudwara Nanak Peao to Azadpur is lying in worst condition and unconstructed by MCD civil line zone for the last 6 years.
2. It is not understood, why the very busy road kept unattended by MCD authorities when the said road is very useful for the people visiting Engineering College - MTNL Exchange, - Gujrawala Town- Gurudwara Nanak Peao, - Sant Kirpal Bagh, - Guru Harkrishan Public School, - New Gupta Colony- Rana Partap Bagh from Azadpur.
3. Moreover, a large number of people are using the way to attend marriage functions in a numbers of banquet halls in this area of G.T. Karnal Road. Due to non- construction of the G.T. Karnal road from Azadpur to Gurudwara Nanak Peao after installation of the deep sewer pipe lines for the last 6 years, the traffic is not flowing properly. Moreover, it is causing accidents day to day due to uneven/ubar khabar way, while it is 100meter road both side. People are facing problems regularly.
In view of the position explained above, you are, therefore, requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to the concerned Engineers/Officers for construction of the said road without any further delay and oblige lakhs of people. Kindly do the needful and oblige us.

Mr Khanna 268 Third Floor, Mukherjee Nagar, delhi-110009 has started construction on fourth floor i.e actually constructing g+4th floor which is illegal as per MCD/ DDA norms. The necessary action is required in this regard by the MCD/DDA. I want to complaint that illegal stairs of basement in mumti shape is in front of building in e-37 bunglow road delhi 110007, these staris are illegal and voilation of building plan.pls remove these stairs.

I would like to draw your attention to my residence area (Paschim Puri, Pocket-3, New Delhi-63). I have a complaint regarding holistic activities of Gujrati Samaaj in Park which is just behind Murliwala sweets, they create mandir in the park and on every sunday they prepared Non Veg. items saying that it were prasaad of Devi. They cut bakra, Murgi, sheep etc in the park itself (Residential AREA) which is strictly prohibited under India Laws.
Function could not take place in the park as it come under the closed parks list in the MCD. But they continuing their functions on a frequent basis by taking approval or giving heavy bribes.Today (8th August 2013 and 9th August 2013) also there is a function of Gujrati Samaaj going on in the same park which is near my House.
Please take appropriate steps to stop this activities which are disturbing other communities immensely.

I invite your kind attention that I have complaint many times to the MCD (West) regarding the illegal construction of the above said address to Deputy Commissioner, Asstt. Commissioner and other senior staff of MCD West Zone but every time my complaint has got no result and all in vain.
After getting to much harassment and mental torture by owner the resident of the above said flat I am sending you the complaint regarding the serious matter.
I would like to draw your attention for the same and hope for the positive result. The owner of the Ground Floor Flat No. 204-A, GG-1, MIG, Vikas Puri New Delhi has changed all the structure of his MIG Flat and extended one extra room. Either he has not provide and RCC Beam/Pillar in the flat nor give any support to the roof. All the inner original walls of the flats has been remove which can cause a big accident and it’s the matter of the life of the other people of the adjoining neighbor. He has money and influence so he has gave bribe to the concerned department and the other concerned department.
If something will happened in this regards the concerned department can face huge problem. It our humble request to take the matter seriously and do the immediate action on the above said matter. The life of the peoples are in your hand.

में पूर्वी दिल्ली में रहेता हूँ मेरी छोटी बेहेन जिसका नाम आरती है वह 9-वि कक्षा में पड़ती है उसकी कक्षा की 2 लड़की जिनका नाम राधिका, बबली, डिंपल, राखी, सपना, और डोली, लक्ष्मी जो की अलग अलग कक्षा में पड़ती है आरती के ऊपर उन लड़कियों ने हमला किया उसको जान से मरने की कोशिश की और उसके साथ २९-८-२०१४ को मIर पीट की गई उसका गला घोटने की कोशिश की गई इन लड़कियों ने इस घटना को अंजाम दिया और आरती का गुन्हा सिर्फ इतना था उसने मोबाइल फ़ोन लाने की सुचना मेडम को दी ? उसके बाद मेडम ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की आरती ने प्रिंसिपल के ऑफिस से मुझे २९-८-२०१४, ११:०० को मुझे फ़ोन किया? मुझे बताया की उसके साथ कुछ लड़कियों ने मारपीट की और प्रिंसिपल ने उससे फ़ोन लेकर मुझसे कहा? आप अपनी माताजी को आरती के स्कूल में भेजो मुझे सुचना मिलते ही मेने आपने माता पिता को फ़ोन किया उसकी सुचना मिलते ही वह दोनों आरती के स्कूल में पहुँचे उन्होंने स्कूल में जाकर प्रिंसिपल से बात की और प्रिंसिपल ने कहाँ वो सभी लड़कियां स्कूल से भाग गई है स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल ने कहा ऐसा अब दोबारा नहीं होगा और वो प्रिंसिपल से बात करके घर वापस आगये? अगले दिन आरती को दोबारा धमकी दी गई और आरती के साथ पड़ने वाली छात्रा से आरती के घर का पता माँगा और कहा उसको हम घर जाते वक़्त रास्ते में लड़को से उठवाकर खत्म करवा देंगे? स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल और अध्यापीका के होते हुए भी स्कूल में लडकिया गुंडा राज मचा रही है और टीचर ने कहा की मेने उन लड़कियों को १५ दिनों के लिए उनको निकल दिया है किसी भी लड़की को स्कूल से निकला नही गया? आपसे निवेदन है की स्कूल की सभी टीचर के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाये और उन लड़कियों को स्कूल से निकला जाये? अन्यथा मुझे न्यायालय को पात्र लिखकर उसनके खिलाफ कठोर कार्यवाही के लिए मुकदमा दर्ज कराना होगा? ये लड़कियां बहार के लड़को से लड़कियों को पिटवाती है

में पूर्वी दिल्ली में रहेता हूँ मेरी छोटी बेहेन जिसका नाम आरती है वह 9-वि कक्षा में पड़ती है उसकी कक्षा की 2 लड़की जिनका नाम राधिका, बबली, डिंपल, राखी, सपना, और डोली, लक्ष्मी जो की अलग अलग कक्षा में पड़ती है आरती के ऊपर उन लड़कियों ने हमला किया उसको जान से मरने की कोशिश की और उसके साथ २९-८-२०१४ को मIर पीट की गई उसका गला घोटने की कोशिश की गई इन लड़कियों ने इस घटना को अंजाम दिया और आरती का गुन्हा सिर्फ इतना था उसने मोबाइल फ़ोन लाने की सुचना मेडम को दी ? उसके बाद मेडम ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की आरती ने प्रिंसिपल के ऑफिस से मुझे २९-८-२०१४, ११:०० को मुझे फ़ोन किया? मुझे बताया की उसके साथ कुछ लड़कियों ने मारपीट की और प्रिंसिपल ने उससे फ़ोन लेकर मुझसे कहा? आप अपनी माताजी को आरती के स्कूल में भेजो मुझे सुचना मिलते ही मेने आपने माता पिता को फ़ोन किया उसकी सुचना मिलते ही वह दोनों आरती के स्कूल में पहुँचे उन्होंने स्कूल में जाकर प्रिंसिपल से बात की और प्रिंसिपल ने कहाँ वो सभी लड़कियां स्कूल से भाग गई है स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल ने कहा ऐसा अब दोबारा नहीं होगा और वो प्रिंसिपल से बात करके घर वापस आगये? अगले दिन आरती को दोबारा धमकी दी गई और आरती के साथ पड़ने वाली छात्रा से आरती के घर का पता माँगा और कहा उसको हम घर जाते वक़्त रास्ते में लड़को से उठवाकर खत्म करवा देंगे? स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल और अध्यापीका के होते हुए भी स्कूल में लडकिया गुंडा राज मचा रही है और टीचर ने कहा की मेने उन लड़कियों को १५ दिनों के लिए उनको निकल दिया है किसी भी लड़की को स्कूल से निकला नही गया? आपसे निवेदन है की स्कूल की सभी टीचर के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाये और उन लड़कियों को स्कूल से निकला जाये? अन्यथा मुझे न्यायालय को पात्र लिखकर उसनके खिलाफ कठोर कार्यवाही के लिए मुकदमा दर्ज कराना होगा? ये लड़कियां बहार के लड़को से लड़कियों को पिटवाती है

WE SHOULD LOOK SEPERATELY UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION IN SMALL HOUSEES AND IN BIG HOUSES ( MORE THAN 75 YARDS IN URBAN AREA IN DELHI ). MCD CAN DEMOLISE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND HOW WHERE 95% FLATS ARE IN ILLEGAL POSITION. INDIA IS A DOMOCRACY COUNDTRY AND COURT IS ALSO DIRECTING MCD/DDA TO TAKE ACTION AGAISNT IS TAKING BIG ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION BUT IN FACT ACTION IS TAKING AGAINST SMALL JANTA AND LIG FLATS AND SMALL HOUSES.

Our Flats are Builder Floor. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shashi Dutta (2nd) Floor, E-5/89, Rohini is projecting dangerously. This is a great threat to my life and my property. This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shashi Dutta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me a lot of mental stress and had taken peace out of my life. I have already complaint to MCD Rohini Zone, The compliant no is below mentioned:

MCD — illegal construction in old rajinder nagar
There is an illegal construction going on in Block 60 / 2 of old rajinder nagar where an illegal floor is being constructed.There could be serious threats to life of the residents living in the building as the construction is haphazard and violation to the MCD norms.
