[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj. | |
I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY. After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. I have made several copliants about illegeal diares and scrap delaers and broken road all this with conievence of MCD officials, I have told they all are paid weeky for this. Road leading form green Avenue -Forest lane in ghitorni-full of pot holes and open daires in green arwa and scrap dealers. the forst lane now used by commuteres of MG road to escape teh metro work has been turned into broken nightmare, rain has created many pot holes, Inspite of my severla complaints no body listens!my coplints few to mention-CMO/PGC/2006/524284, CMO/PGC/2006/522436-I donot even get acknowledement!! I am constrained to bring to your kind notice and for kind redressal of the grievance of almost of more than 20-25 families residing in the vicinity of 37-38, Masjid Moth, near Uday Park, New Delhi-110049.
About a fortnight ago, persons residing at 38, Masjid Moth, ND started making illegal encroachment in the MCD land in fron of flat No. 37(shop), and now they are preparing to erect wall and make a shop in the MCD land. Police were more than twice intimated of the same at 100 and it reached at the spot and temporarily the work was got stopped. To the utter dismay of the residents of the area, last evening i.e. 9th Sept, 08, the work was seen being done rigorously. A letter in this connection was also posted to the DC, South.
Sir, construction of a shop at the site would make chaos for the residents as well the children of the area. moreover, it is learnt that through court order also, the area is to be kept open. the landlords of 38, Masjid Moth, are bent upon erecting illegal construction at the MCD land. would you please give a personal look to the same so that construction is stopped henceforth. also kindly action be initiated against the culprits for making illegal encroachments in the government land. thanking yu,

Iam living with my family at L I G Flats of mayur vihar ph-3 since10 years.Due to un authorised construction in pocket A-2 It has become very difficult to move or to walk from flat to market or any where.It looks that no law exits in Country s capital.Bari san se the contractors come to advice us to increase the balcony & other original structures.They use to tell publicly about the bribes they give for such illegal constructionsto MCD DDA& POLICE BABUS.In such condition in future a time will come when total structures will collapse .

i am a residence of dwarka sec 23 nd.75. sir my subject is that, when we come to the market of sec 23, vardman plus city mall near basava school, i have seen in this market that some of the grnd floor shops owner are taking advantage of public places by opening venders or say stoles in a public path. which is inconvnient for the local residencial too move around in the market. sometimes childrens and young womens are in trouble by moving around too. i would like to mention few shops name like kalra sweets, krishna dairy, puran store, decent sweets, vishal store, dashing boutique, ak gift gallery, delite, yashika foot wear, etc ...i hope mcd will take action against them.
This is to inform uou that illegal construction is going on at flat no.6352 Pocket C-6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. They have covered 75 % of the service lane.
We have already complaint twice at 100 No. on 8.10.08 and 10.10.08. But the work is still going on.
We have also complaint to the J.E. of the M.C. D. on 8.10.08, but no action has beentaken till today.

I am a journalist working with the INDIA TODAY GROUP. I am mailing this letter on behalf of my father (Mr P.B. Biswas; senior citizen), who has retired from Engineers India Limited (a public sector undertaking). He stays in Flat-12 A in K Block, Saket SFS flats. The person owning the second floor, Mr Patrick Sidhamnai, is constructing a kitchen surreptitiously using steel frame structure on the terrace to give it on rent. He did not bother to seek my dad's consent for the same as the terrace is common to all the three flats. Moreover, this is illegal and additional construction which might bring an additional and unwanted load on the structure.
As you are aware, unauthorised constructions against the original plans have brought much damage to many buildings in the capital. This problem needs to be addressed seriously.
May I request you to direct your Junior Engineer to stop the construction and dismantle it immediately.

Moreover, this is illegal and additional construction which might bring an additional and unwanted load on the structure.
As you are aware, unauthorised constructions against the original plans have brought much damage to many buildings in the capital. This problem needs to be addressed seriously.
