[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj. | |
I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor. Our Flats are DDA Flats. The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. Rather, instead of taking stringent action against Mr Shrenil Mehta, All the SO CALLED GOVERNMENT OFFICERS HAVE BEEN TAKING BRIBE FROM MR SHRENIK MEHTA TO CLOSE MY COMPLAINT. PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY. After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life. I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep. Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj. Resident of Pocket-F, Mayur Vihar-II — Terror of Dogs
Dear Sir/Madam,I am highly disappointed to write that terror of dogs is increasing day by day. Every day they bite to someone but MCD is yet to take any harsh action. We can not walk even. They are in thousands in our Mayur Vihar - II colony. It is become difficult to live there as almost on a daily basis they are increasing in numbers, even after sterilization.
For your kind information, some people offer breads etc to them hence they have become loyal to them but for other it is become difficult to cross that house, if we take some action, they protect them.
It is our humble request to please take some action against the same.
uday contractor — wrong constrution of room
siri gave a contract for making of my room to the uday contractor.he asked me 22, 000 Rs for the contractor and same i agree.he asked me to pay 15, 000 Rs in advanced and rest of money he asked after compltion of work.now after one month he is asking for full money and he has also damage my property.this time he has stopped the work.when i told him that i will complant against you he told that do whatever you can do.i could not take anything in writting from him.and he also not a regestred contractor.now tell me what should i do.

2nd floor residents of SFS DDA flats Niti bagh have carried out unauthorised construction on the terraces, which is supposed to be common usage area for all the floor residents. The top floor residents have encroached upon the common terrace rights by preventing access to other residents on the terrace even for their over head water tanks. Most of the residents have constructed another floor on the terrance adding burden to the overall structure of the building either for sel[censored]se or letting it out. It seems that these constructions have been carried out in conviance with police and MCD officials as no action has been taken against these unauthorised constructions done by the residents. Additionally, some residents on the first and the second floor have also altered the original structure by constructing extended balconies and toilets with the support of pillars, which are 3-5 ft outside the flat area thus posing threat to the people residing below or walking through the bylanes. Some of the details are as follows:Flat no - 10 - removed original walls by constructing extended balcony on pillars, outside by 3-5 ft
Flat no - 24 - access not given to other residents on the terrace - 2 room set with toilet on the terrace
Flat no - 12 - access not given to other residents on the terrace and rooms constructed on terrace. Original walls removed with extending walls outside by 3-5 ft
Flat no - 27 - altered original structure by removing original walls and constructing balcony and toilet by extending on pillars. Also created a underground water tank in the scooter garrage thus posing threat to the foundation of the bulding structure.
Flat no - 29 - access not given to other residents on the terrace - 3 room set with toilet on the terrace

i wanted to state that i own a property[protected], s.p mukharjee marg, pili kothi, opp fire brigade, delhi 6. An year and a half ago i filed a civil suit against the property 1560 case no.233/2007 (the owner still unknown ) for illegal construction. the case was soon heard and the construction was stopped. but the malba left behind is still lying there which has choked the pipe lines, the water collected on the first floor is causing leakages from all over the roof and damaging the property. i have submitted the R.T.I, IN M.C.D but couldnt get the name of the owner. i want you to PLEASE PLEASE take immidiate steps to clear the 1560 floor to prevent the property and human lives. that would be a great job and your great service. thanking you,
