[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.
Our Flats are DDA Flats.
The ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the Ground Floor, and Mr Shrenik Mehta directly on Second Floor, that is right above my Flat.
This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik Mehta is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.I have brought this to the notice of all the MCD Officers the SHO Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt. Governor.

As you can see, is spite of complaining every where Mr Shrenik Mehta has been BRIBING all the GOVERNMENT OFFICERS' and had been Closing my case from every where.
I pray, please give me justice. The culprit MR Shrenik Mehta, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, 110070 should please be is moving aroud scot-free .He has given me mental, physical harassment .

Rather, instead of taking stringent action against Mr Shrenil Mehta, All the SO CALLED GOVERNMENT OFFICERS HAVE BEEN TAKING BRIBE FROM MR SHRENIK MEHTA TO CLOSE MY COMPLAINT.

PLEASE LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY.


After I lodged my complaint with the Lt Governor of Delhi about, Mr Shrenik Mehta . Mr Shrenik Mehta has connived with MCD and according to the remarks given by MCD against my complaint No: 12901235 Dated 28/09/2007, MCD had legalised ( on September 1, 2007 No: G8 No.659003 )his illegal construction for which I have been moving hell and earth, which is a dangerous threat to my Life.

I pray, please remove this illegal construction by Mr Shrenik Mehta as soon as possible and give me the right to have peaceful night's sleep.
Also, please give me clarification as to how an illegal construction in DDA Flat can be legalised, when Supreme Court has not given any authority to MCD to legalise any ill-legal Structure in DDA Flats, Vasant Kunj.

SUB-ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN 1st FLOOR, 2nd FLOOR AND 3rd FLOOR BY USING RESIDENT PROPERTY INTO COMMERCIAL

Dear sir,
I, Balbir Singh Nagpal want to lodge a complaint about illegal construction carried out by MR. PRATAP MONGIA resident of F-16, GURDAWARA MKT, MADANGIR, NEW DELHI -62. I am having plot of 25 yards on F-1st 19 .The groundfloor of above plot is being used by me commercially by paying conversion charges to MCD.

The 1st floor of above plot have been taken by MR PRATAP MONGIA for residential purpose.Now MR. PRATAP MONGIA is demolishing the old structure of 1st floor of above plot for converting into commercial purpose.

Due to this, the ground floor of above plot may be dangerous and cause harm to the owner of the same.This is a great threat to my life and my property.This ill-legal construction carried out by MR PRATAP MONGIA is a great nuisance to my life and it is giving me alot of mental stress.

I HAD LODGED WRITTEN COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SAME IN MCD OFFICE ON 15.06.2009 AND COMPLAINT ON PHONE ON 1.7.2009 and 2.7.2009, COMPLAINT NOS. ARE 807 AND 815.BUT NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN.

So, i hereby kindly request you to please take some fast actions against this ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION CARRIED OUT BY MR.PRATAP MONGIA AS THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION HAS EXTENDED FROM 1ST FLOOR TO 3RD FLOOR.

WATER WASH INCLUDES:
1. WATER USED FOR HOUSE-CLEANING MADE BY OWNER OF HOUSE CAUSING WATER LODGING
2. RAIN WATER CAUSING WATER LODGING
3. WASHING CAR ON DAILY BASIS CAUSING WATER LODGING
4. OVERFLOWS OF WATER TANKS AND THUS SPREAD OF WATER FROM ROOF OF HOUSE TO ROAD CAUSING WATER LODGING
5. LEAKAGE OF 2 WATER COOLER DURING FILL MADE BY OWNER ON DAILY BASIS.

Such nuisance has eaten up my brain and given me huge mental stress and has taken peace of my life.

Dear Sir,

I want to bring to your kind notice illegal coverage of open space in front of our Scooter Garages by the owner of MIG Flat No-35, 1st floor, Sector-21, PKT-7, New Delhi-85 which causing inconvince and trouble to occupy our garages.

This is a first step to possess the area and then it will be converted into permanent structure by constructing and it will become their permanent property to which no body can challenge later on if it will not stop & remove in the initial stage.

The DDA. has provided only two scooter garages to Flat No-38 & 39 on front side and both the sides of these garages there are huge open area. One side adjacent to garage No-39 is covered by the Owner of Flat No-35. Due to this coverage of space we are facing great difficulties to occupy our garages.

PRAYER :

Therefore you are most humbly prayed that kindly :-

(1). To take the strong action against illegal coverage of huge amount of open area,
(2). Issue the directions to the “Special Task Force” or “Vigilance Staff” for removing
illegal fixing of Iron Grill in front of our garages.

This is humble prayed to your good self that all the residents are facing acute problems and difficulties due to this illegal construction as this construction has been done without following the rules and regulations of the MCD. Some officials take bribe from the builders and allow them to construct the illegal and unauthorise construction without approval of site plan of the property and the builders get success in their bad motive with the help of some corrupt officials as there is MCD office near this illegal construction just on walking distance but no one has taken action and the construction has been completed within a span of time.

This is humble submission that this building be sealed and demolished in the interest of public welfare sothat this type of illegal and unauthorised construction which is being carried out without approval of MCD can be minimised and stopped.

I am a resident of 329 nilgiri Apartments Alakhnanda New Delhi 110019. Cast iron sewer cover in front of my flat is lying broken for a couple of years. I ahve lodhed this complaint number of times with the local civic authrities of MCD & the area corporator, people came for attendin the same but left it unattende for the reason o[censored]n availabilty of material. I think they are waiting for the worse to happen, before getting it attended. Through this of my mail I am lodging this of my omplaint in your high office of public greivence redressal and hope that it will be attended. Dear Sir,

I Mahesh Kumar resident of H-3/167 2nd floor, Sector-16, Rohini Delhi-110085.

This is to complain about a Toilet made by MCD in front of my Block. It is not even 100 meter away from my home. Me and my other neighbours are very disturbed due to that. There is no water supply hence we always find it stinking with bad smell.

Please take necessary action to shift it somewhere else away from residents as it attracts diseases.
