Respected Sir/Madam,
This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :
1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.
2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.
3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.
4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.
5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.
6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.
7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.
So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.

We are living in a good residential colony Naraina Vihar of DDA and facing the same problem of illegal milk dairies. The Jats have forcely occupied the place of DDA and working with the buffalows and have opened the commercial dairy.Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything. Dairy owners keep their eight to ten buffelows in a very congested room we never see these buffelows come out from this small room, some persons from MCD takes money from Owners and their business is running smoothly. By these dairies open sewer lines are blocked and very bad smell presents in the air around those dairies.
Chemical factory, dying unit and auto parts manufacturer in our area spreading very hazardoud gases which we have to inhale with every breath. these gases are very dangerous for childrens as well as old peoples living in our street.

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies.
Dairy owner keep their eight to ten buffalows in a room we see always these buffalows come out from this room, some persons from MCD takes money from Owners and their business is running smoothly. I would like to draw your attention that one of our neighbour named Mahender Singh S/o Shri Swaroop Singh is tying cows and buffaloes illegally on the road in front of his residence at A-7, Triloki Colony, Bapu Park, K.M.Pur, New Delhi - 110 003. It is creating problems for tresspassers as the animals keep on hitting people and childrens crossing road in front of their house.

new delhi. Civil lines zone. I want to complain about an illegal dairy
in our locality. In nangli jalib village. There are 8to 12 buffaloes
in the dairy including 15 to 20 cows also. whole cow waste is just drained
away on the road and whole road get choacked with dirt and mud.Also
during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering
movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of he road Kindly look
to the matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a
unhygenic conditions.

Colony Park in pocket 6 Rohini sector 25 is in very bad condition, people use this for vegitation and there in no pedestal path, Boundary wall is broken, animals come over there . pls make necessary arrangement to repair the same. Dear Sir,
In Vipin garden extension, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059, there are many illegal dairies are running in residential colony. All the residents are very unhappy but no one will be take initiative to file complaint due to fear of diary owners.
Specially dairies are running in Gali no. 14 to Gali no. 34.
Pl take some steps to shift the dairies otherwise people will have to sell their houses due to their fear.

Since its really very difficult to live in such a unhygenic conditions.
