[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — birth registry certificate

I am the resident of THANE and I was born in Mumbai and the DOB is 01.06.1990. However, my parents were lost of birth certificate long ago. I need a copy of birth certificate. I want to know the proceedure to get the copy of certificate.

We are living in last above 30 yrs in municipal transists camp, khardeo nagar, ghatla, chembur. so this propertys owner ourselves. But bmc give us notice under section 105(B). But we are statement submit to bmc resolution no.343 dated 1st sept. 1989 and I.C.R resolutiuon no. 208 dated 10/08/1989 to convert premises occupied by the present occupant into the ownership basis.So this property is not a bmc's property. So pls urgently ownership basis convert to this property ourselves.

I was born on 10.12.1954 at Municipal Hospital, Ghatkoper, Mumbai. I have no record and had not obtained any birth certificate at that time since it was not mandatory to have BC prior to 1970. Now I applied for the same vide my letter .dated 26.07.2010 Addressed to Municipal Corporation of Gr, Mumbai along with the date of birth proof ( Delhi Higher Secodery Board Certifcate for Date of Birth). There is no response to this letter. I have sent a reminder also on 10th August, 2010 but no response so far. You are requested to let me know if any other information or fee is required in this respect. Please let me know on my maid id mentioned below. I will be highly obliged for the response.
