CHEATING MY MONEY BY ONLINE RECHARGE THROUGH OXIGEN RECHARGE

DEAR SIR , I AM D.BALASUBRAMANIAM FROM TAMILNADU IN ERODE DISTRICT AT GOBICHETTIPALAYAM REGARDING I HAVE A RECHARGE DO IT ON ICICI NET BANKING AT THE DATE OF 17/04/2012 FROM MYOXIGEN SERVICE AND MY MOBILE NUMBER AS RELIANCE CDMA AND THE ONLINE CONFIRMATION BILL NUMBER IS 000310042513 AND I HAVE COMPLAINT TO OXIGEN CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 1204181116 I ASK PLEASE RECTIFY MY DETAILS AND PLEASE RECHARGE MY MOBILE OTHER WISE PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT BUT STILL THEY HAVE CHEATED MY MONEY RUPEES 148 MONEY THANKINGYOU

My merchant id is 15152708.And my e-mail add is skj8pm@rediffmail.com.But when u create new website than he cannot show on my computer.
And i say many time your company representative but he can not listen.

mera oximall recharge retelar service counter hai mine kal 14-04-2013 ko mo.no. 9352858232 par 500rs
ka recharge kiya tha jiska Transaction Number 02596910221404201313 or Transaction Date 14/04/2013 13:30:28 hain or mere account se balance kam ho gya, par customer ke mo. no. par recharge nahi hua. so i ask please chek my details and recharge this mobile. other wise please refund my amount 500rs.
