Mygrahak.com — incomplete delivery and overbilling | |||||
Sir/Madam, I had ordered six items vide order no.12186570 on the website www.mygrahak.com and the delivery of order took place on on sunday i.e. 07/07/2013, it is to inform that the delivery has been done incompletely by their representative at 4.00 pm, the representative immediately kept four polythene bags in my house and told that one product was out of stock i.e. britannia nice time 160 gm 2 packs and was not delivered the amount of money quoted was deducted and remaining amount collected for the order The following is placed before you for necssary action: The order included six items out one of the items was safachat combo which included lizol 975 ml, one yellow duster, Gala Dustpan , Brush Out of the four lizol 975 ml and yellow duster were not delivered and charged. secondly the order had one of the item pepsodent 2 in 1 150gm+ 150 gm however the delivery comprised of pepsodent germicheck 150gm+ 150 gm, thirdly, one product was told to be out of stock i.e. britannia nice time 160 gm 2 packs and was not delivered , however, the amount of money quoted was deducted. In view of the above, it is requested that the company may be asked to arrange the delivery of the products not delivered and the product wrongly given replaced and appropriately guided for prevention of such fradulent behaviour.
