Myntra.com — delayed delivery and lack of response from customer care

i placed my order for a pair of shoes(order no. 2193782) on[protected].
it has been a week already and i have not received my order yet while the internet site ensures that order would be dispatched within 5 days. i have tried their customer care number but their is no response as the bell and they even charge the call.
kindly take the needful steps.
