Myntra.com — Not received the ordered product | |||
Sir/Madam, I had ordered a product from the online shopping website, www.myntra.com on 31st of august 2012. (Order no. 3756471) But my ordered product have been delivered to some person unknown to me. I have complained repeatedly to myntra customer care about this problem and they have been telling me that my problem will be solved and they will investigate about the misplaced product. But its been more than 40 days now and the response from them is highly unsatisfactory. Kindly help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
