Myntra.com — Orders are not yet delivered on Promised time

Hi, We made two orders on a same day and for the past 10 days its not yet delivered. We could track the order and the item is still in the same delivery city for past four days. When we asked about the status over their customer care centre, they are asking 3 more working days to get the resolution. Our order numbers are 7862379 and 7861975.
