[Resolved] Myntra.com — TRIAL ON DELIVERY | |
Myntra.com doesn't allow trial on delivery before payment.
In their advertisements they are misleading that trial can be done. THEY ARE HIDING ESSENTIAL FACTS AND MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER.
The thing is they say trial can be done after payment & the delivery man has went off.
Once the payment is made then it is the consumer's headache whether the clothes fit or not, though there exists a provision or 30 days exchange. Was this information helpful? | |
