I have brought a product from Naaptol, which sells various product. I have brought a mobile phone named BOSS, The product on receipt was found to be defective. After almost a month received a replacement the product was received but battery is faulty. The customer services is very poor to attend problem and website feedback sites never works. I have purchased a BOSS 33 Sleek mobile phone from Naaptol. After one month use touch screen functionality is not working and I have 6 months warranty for it. I have raised a service request in bossmobilephone web site and also I have sent email but no reply from their side. Please do not purchase any product from Naaptol or Boss.
