[Resolved]  Naaptol — Selling of cheap and defective products

I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR[protected] in the market as MRP, whereas they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on October 16, and they refused all they said.

The phone has a very poor battery life, of only 16 hours standby and 1 hours of talktime.

When I had spoken to an executive on the phone on no. [protected], they simply told me that they would get back with help from the Technical Support soon.

They have mentioned about Refunding the Product over here:

I asked them for refunding my money and now they are refusing to do so. I want to file a complaint against them. My contact no. is [protected].

My Name is Venkat, i have bought Xpress mobile from naaptol company in dec 2010.I got a mobile from AFL courier an started using it, it worked only one day, after that screen got blank and did not open anything.

I had informed so many times to the napptol customer care, but no use.After that i fedup with that mobile and sent back to naaptol.I had sent so many mails to the naaptol people though no response.

Am requesting you all the people do not buy blindly any naaptol product. There are very cheap and defective products.

I have purchased car combo pack in which there is one multimedia player, car vaccum cleaner and 2GB pen drive.In this pack only pen drive is working condition, another both item are not in working conditions.the quality of product is very poor.It is mentioned in ad that the vaccum cleaner is having 3mtr wire with electric plug but it is almost half mtr. long with car electric charger plug only.And also it mentioned that the multimedia player is having CD player but is just having USB port its packing is in the broken caton that it is looking like a garbage. It is mentioned that money is refundable but still i am waiting but my money is not came yet. i have purchase a spy pen camera with 16 GB storage from naaptol india. i have ordered it on 29-oct-2010 and received after one week. the order on. is 932748. the product was not working properly on 20th jan 2011. i complained to naaptol. they instruct me to send it to "aramex india pvt. ltd. 12/a, new sun mill compound, lower parel, mumbai- 400013.". i send it to above address with first flight courier. the consignment no. is W69297073. i tack the above consignment on first flight courier on 3rd feb 2011. the web site display that the party refuse to accept the product parcel three days continuously 31 jan, 1 and 2 feb. then they dispatched the product back to me. i have paid the courier charges 91 rupees also. when i talk to customer care of naaptol they said me to send it again. why should i send it again and again and pay the courier charges when party refuse to accept it. please do the needful.

I too purchased a SPY PEN from NAAPTOL under their Order No.298768 on 16/04/2010 which, after returning it for repair five time, I forced to claim for refund and accordingly, I returned the SPY PEN and claimed in June 10, but even after today in spite of my telephonic reminder now and then, they have not taken care to refund my money worth Rs.1749/-.

Dear sir,

I have given order to naaptol on 19th, dec. 2010 with advance payment for fun kids combo(flying helicopter, remote car, videogame, binacular and eatch). My order no is 1136026. They have delivred product. After receiving i came to know that the helicopter and remote car were defective. So i called to customer care and inform. So, i have return both the product to them as suggested by customer care. They received product on 10th, jan, 2011. After that i called to customer care so many times and each and everytime they says that you will receive product within 7 to 10 working days. Till up to date i have neither received product nor call from naaptol.


I could not understand what is to be done.

My compliant is also for Naaptol.
I had ordered a Blackberry Storm 9530, but the phone i recived was second hand phone with screen broken .

So i sent the product back.

MY repetaed calls to the Customer service did not help as they are neither cancelling the order nor delivering either.

Then one fine day i get a msg that ur product is delivered.
I have not recived any product, but they kept institing it has been delivered.

The Customer service sucks completely.
It is a fraud site.

Naaptol — Refund against faulty product.

I had purchased a 16 GB Spy Pen from Naaptol but the product was faulty. The product was sent back for replacement. After replacement, again the product was not working properly. The product was again sent back for the refund of the amount paid to the company. The faulty product was delivered at the Vendor's end on 31 Dec. 2010 but the refund has not been received yet.

Naaptol — Blackberry

We had Purchased 2 BB 8830 from Naaptop. While booking the Order we were promised a Black color phone. However when we received the phone we got a Maroon color phone. We have been constantly following up with Naapto to get the phones replaced however there is no response from them.
