Naaptol — Deficiency in product | |||
6th months before i have buy a laptop beg from naaptol. i receive that beg withing 5 day and the payment method was cash on delivery. When i opened that beg then i found the beg was defected. i have made complain to the naaptol. the replay come soon... according to the mail.. the Currier man again come to my home and pick the defected beg within 3 days but no one came at my home within 7 days so i have made many call to them and search the Currier company and put that beg to them..... again i am waiting for their response but i couldn't get any response then i started again call then always get a new email address to send Currier number. i have mailed some days but i couldn't get any positive response. One day i said them that i am going to complain in consumer court, they said again a email ID for making a mail of that Currier number, but i was not agree to send any mail finally he she said that as you wish, if you want to go consumer court, you can.... Still i am waiting for their response and now i am free from my work so i am going to make complain again naaptol.....i was suffered very bad with naaptol..... Finally i want to get my money back with additional suffering charges....... Was this information helpful? | |||
