[Resolved] Naaptol — REPLACEMENT /REPAIRING MOBILE PHONE | |||
Dear Sir, I purchase mobile phone (BOSS ePhone 3300) from Napptol. Order no.-250533 After some time it will not work properly (hanging problem). I talk to customer care executive about this problem, they tell that send this mobile to on address:- Krishna traders 2A,Mangesh INDL. Estate Sheller Nagar NR NAHUR VI BHANDUP (W) BOM. 400078 Through BLUE DART on dated -14-9-10, AWB NO-[protected] After sending mobile i again call to customer care executive ,they told me that u will received ur mobile with in 15 days. I call again to customer care after 20 days they told me that ur product repaired and ready for dispatch and u will get it with in 7 days. After 15 days I again call to customer , they told me that u will get ur mobile with in 7 days. But sir I will not received it. I will again & again call to customer care exe. again & again same answer Till date Napptol not return my mobile phone. Dear sir I hopeless plz help me.
