i have place a order for mini silai machine order no.1695310. the product was defective i contect customer care center they inform me to return the product. i return the product in the month of may 2011. but till date i have not received refund of rs.2298/-i contected so many time vide by my mobile as well as e mail. but now at the last they inform that they have deposite the money in my a/c on 15.07.2011. but sir there is no credit in my a/c till date.i have submitted my bank a/c statment to customer care in this regard. i request them to send me deposit slip. when they send me deposit slip. i seenthat a/c no. written on slip was wrong.that a/c no. does not exist in PNB.because i am a sr.inspector of the said bank. when i inform them reg this. they say it is not possible.we have written correct no. that slip copy is lying with them.photo copy is also with me. now i request you to please check the record and send me refund of rs. 2298/ along with intt.+ compensaation of mental harrasment.
