Sir, My self Sukhdev Singh and I have received a product from www.naaptol.com on dated 07 Jul 2012. While I have received the courier and checked the Vox mobile at that time that was defected. As per the trail mail I am following up with their company representative, but I have not received positive response at their end. Ultimately circumstances compel to me to take this issue in the consumer court. So, I am humbly requesting to you to do the needful for my problem. I will be thankful to you for this. Thanking you.
