[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — product has not been replaced | |||
sir, have purchase mobile phone at naaptol online shoping on 4 march,around 8 march i recived the product but it was not in working condition i mean charger was not working and within one day battery was dull nd was not geting charge so i complaint naaptol care and they suggest me to send the product back and they will replace the product then i have send my product on 11/03/11 via blue dart curior and they have receved product too. now its one and half month is over and still i have not recived my product from them, whenever i call naaptol care they says that u will receive product soon...so help me out. some details- shoping at naaptol.com order no-1446017 revers shiped via blue dart- id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
