[Resolved]  Naaptol — Order Cancellation without any pre notice

Dear Sir

Ref: order no, 5866514 for Padmini - Megapro and order no 5866515 for Karbonn A1 Plus

This is with ref to above said order no, order is been placed on 27th Jan 2012 and subsequently payment is been made through credit card.
based on the delivery with in 7-10 days.
But it is very surprise to see both my orders have been cancelled and processed for refundung the payment without any pre notice.

Here my concern is, if Naptol is not able to deliver a product , why the order is being booked...and processing the payment refund after 10-12 days..

Herewith I claim some penalty from this company and same to to be paid to any chartable trust for social service.
