[Resolved]  Naaptol & Wespro — wrong product information in web store

I had ordered an Xelectron WS707 tablet from naaptol. The product is marketed by Wespro India ltd and offered for online sale on naaptol.
The product is advertised at http://www.naaptol.com/price/4358058-XElectron-WS707-tablet.html.
The product specification on the page clearly mentions that the product has internal modem 3G/Edge/GPRS. It does not say that it can be done only through external internet USB dongle. The marketeer and the online shopping site both are guilty of misleading the customer and enticing him to purchase a product by giving false information about it.
The product was delivered on 06 June 2012. The product could be opened only after payment of cash. When it was opened the screen was found cracked. The courier service refused to accept the product back and instead directed me to contact naaptol.
Thus i have been effectively made to pay Rs 6000 for a product that does not match the specifications advertised by naaptol and and that too deliverd in damaged state.
