[Resolved]  Naaptol — Worst product and worst customer service

I bought a sylvania tablet from them through emi option. The product they delivered is not charging so i ask the customer representative to get it back. The person told me they can refund my money, but for this you will get a call from our side in 48 hours, but after 4 days i got a call from mumbai saying from naaptol team, they told me we cant refund any item bought through us if you want get a new one or take it to the customer service center. So i asked for a replacement and i send the faulty back to them. After two weeks i got a tablet, after inspecting i found it is an used one. I found some person pics and data in the folders. I ask them about this for this they saying if you want we will send a new one but cant refund money back. For evidence i send the picture to them. Now they are saying the pictures belongs to sales person who check before post it. I said ok fine can u send me some more pics of the person, for this they are saying they are saying he is on leave will be back after few days still then you wait. I am waiting for more than 10 days. Still issue not solved.

Naaptol.com — Worst after sales service.

Dear sir, i've purchased a mobile phone after reading an advertisement in newspaper in december. I did informed the company about the defective product and couriered back to naaptol office in mahape on 08th jan, which was received by them on 9th. Till then i'm regularly taking followup with the naaptol. The customer service cell is not responding properly, and giving vague delivery dates. Please help me, and guide what need to be done. NAAPTOL — Products are so worst

hi,
i am archana tiwari. i have the mobile handset. I6 Pro. its battery is two worst. it can work only for one or two hour maximum while after charging fully. on complaining in the company .they didnt take reaction on it.

NAAPTOL — worst n faulty goods,

this company is providing local made duplicate goods at low costss ... they wont work properly..i[censored] ask them for replacement they wont replace n tell u to send the good to their service center...but even then it will work for only few days... donot buy those naaptol goods... its just waste of money...
