Naaptol an untrustable company

Dear management i had ordered a android mini net-book at the name of Rekha Vijay mobile number is 7409482641 it only worked perfectly only 1 week and then it not even opened and then they give me some processes to do and it also doesn't work and now they are asking me to sent the item back without any gurantee that they will give me back now what can i do
