Delivering Damaged Goods
I had ordered online a 102 multipurpose toolset from Naaptol.com through order number 3991876 paying 2499 (with an additional cost of 249 for shipping) on May 14 2012. The toolset was delivered to me in damaged condition with the toolbox completely cracked from the side and having all rusty tools inside. It did seem like an old toolset sent from junkyard unlike the shiny toolset that they show online or in the newspaper advertisements.
When I complained to naaptol.com executives about this. They asked me to send the toolset back through Bluedart courier to a place in Dahisar, Mumbai. Initially Bluedart courier refused to accept the box. With great difficulty and follow up and numerous conference calls with Bluedart and Naaptol I managed to dispatch the toolset back to Naaptol. on 06th June 2012.
So now naaptol has my money and the toolset and are not informing me about either on the refund of toolkit or replacement. Clearly a company that cannot be trusted.
