Dear all, I have purchased home theatre from naaptol , for which USB not working AND speakers giving noise. First day itself i have a made a call to return the product. Order no.6371514 They have raised complaint , still now they are not providing any address details to return the product. Every time i call, they are telling , that it will take 48 hours. Dear friends , Don't purchase any thing from NAAPTOL. Otherwise, your position also like me in future. HOME THEATER AUDIO SYSTEM — not functioning
I have given my Phylips sterio set for repair on13 th April 2010. They returned it only on 29 th may after a series of phone calls telling that spares came late. The so called authorised dealer CLARITY ELECTRONCS KASTURRBA NAGAR, ADAYAR,TOOK RS 1225 as service charge AND shown momentarily it is working. Within hours it went to old condition and same problem still continues.K.R Radhakrishnan

Sir I am very sorry to inform you that till date none of your men turned up to attend my complaint. I have been repeatedly loging to ur toll free number mentioning about the complain, only i have been assured today our representative will attend the same. But till date nothing has happend.
