I have given my Hyundai I-10 car for service at Nanavati Hyundai Dumas road - surat workshop on 11-04-2012. I have given car just for washing and nothing else. However i was not given back my car on next day as promised. I continuously called to Nanavati Hyundai for several times inturn there was no proper response fedback given to me. Also I strictly informed them to not to do any additonal paid work to my car and in case something is unavoidable to do pls take my prior consent and the same was also mentioned in their job card (Copy obtained). After all this pain finally i got a call from Nanvati Hyundai on 13-04-2012 stating that i have to pay Rs.2800 for job done in my car. So i rushed to their workshop at dumas road and asked for details on bill which was not provided to me. After hours of argument they accepted that it was a mistake done by thier employee Mr.Kishor and they reduced the bill to Rs.1800 with furhter discount of Rs.200 which was not acceptable to me,. On asking on detailed bill they said that this charges are towards investigation made to my car which i never asked for. Also they have not taken any consent from me before doing that. They are saying that it is a company policy and they will not return my car back if i will not pay money. This was stunner for me and i had no option and had to pay the bill of Rs.1800. I request your goodself to kindly throw some light on this issue and make justice to avoid this type of future incident from Nanvati Hyundai. They are manipulating things and charging the clients for no reasons.
