Bad quality of NAPTOL's product

My Name is Sandeep Yaduvanshi Connect No. 9711551305.
I Booked My Product named Reebok track Suit+Buffle Bag from NAPTOL online shopping, Order number is 1104545 Dated 13-12-2010, Received dated 30-01-2011. Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine product of Reebok. At the time of booking they said if you would not satisfy from over product, you can replace or change your product. When I called (after receiving product) and I said I am not satisfy with your product I want to refund my money he reply I can't do any thing I can't refund your money even I can't replace it.

So please tell me what should I do for refunding my money

Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine.(not sporting internet, voice Bluetooth and battery back up) completely west product.pleas give me solution or replace new product

But it about 45 days has already been passed, delivery of booked item are pending. It is observed that your services are very very poor. God help you. If you are unable to provide satisfactory services to innocent customers, it is my suggestion to close your business.
