1. By venkatesh I have purchased a vox dv588 16 mp digital camcorder from NAPTOL in 12th november 2010. ( Order No 978595.COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :09223516148) I have sent back the vox dv588 16 mp digital camcorder to Alpha Radio,1900-Chandini chowk, New dehli through DTDC courier (courier No. H76286747) on 6th december 2010 After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money or vox dv588 16 mp digital camcorder but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…Please help venkatesh, Adithya cell care, c.t.c. complex, Mainroad, Gorantla, Ananthapur Dist,Andhra Pradesh, Pin: 515231.
