fraud , harasment

hi,

i ordered my cell phone black berry stroam 9530 on 7th may.
my order number is 1734325. the set i received was second hand and its touch was not working.,
then i taked to their customer care and they asked me to send the set back and comit to give money back in 7 working days.
then i send back my cell on 19th may by speed post n set was delivered on 23rd may.
but till now i got no refund back n i get no response from their customer care.
please help me

I have purchase one Mini Sewing Machine Order no. 3707682. which defective. Natol company only giving assurance. But no action has been taken from their after repeated reminder, request over telepone.
