[Resolved]  National Health Organisation — Incorrect information given while purchasing health card and denied for cancellation of the card

I got a call from NHO (from New Delhi) on 13th October. The caller name was Anmol. He informed that this card will be accepted in all the hospitals across India. He also mentioned that I will receive an email in next 2 hrs. After waiting for 2 days I called their Toll free number[protected] who informed me that this card will not be accepted in all hospitals, but only with those hospitals who are in NHO's panel.

Then I sent 2 emails to them at [protected]@nationalhealthorganisation.com asking to cancel the card but did to receive any reply from them. I called them back twice and after 2 days they arranged a call from retention team. Retention team manager Kavita spoke to me and she not only was rude with me but also denied to cancel the card. She was not ready to even listen to my concern about the wrong information given to me. She eventually hung up the phone on me.

I again called NHO and asked to transfer the call to retention team,same lady (Kavita) picked the call and she told I can go to court against her and disconnected the call.

I again called NHO as I had never received Conformation email about the payment I had made nor I has received any conformation call to dispatch the card. The rep mentioned that I will get the confirmation call in next two days (This is been going on and on). She also mentioned that the person who call me to see the card was outsourced and those guys are giving wrong information to the customers.

Finally I am in the situation where I made the payment, did not get the health card and been denied to cancel the card.

This has been the worst experience I had ever had with any company.

Please don't trust NHO or any body who calls you trying to sell their health card.

This should be seriously considered and NHO should be penalized for this.
