My Bike Insurance was from National Insurance co. and in Feb -2008 suddenly Accident was done after that I inform to National Insurance Co. for the same. After two hour the Insurance Surveyor Name (Krishan Pal) was come at GS TVS Workshop for Inspection and he done the inspection and I was paid Rs. 1000 in cash to Surveyor for Inspection fee. In next day repair work was done and workshop had given the Original Invoice to me and got the payment from me in cash. after that I had submit this Invoice to Surveyor Mr Krishan Pal for the Insurance Claim the Surveyor was from National Insurance Co. Ghaziabad Branch But my Insurance policy was from Rohini Branch. my claim Was Rs. 10000/- but after many reminder and follow-ups still I have not received any claim from the company. therefore you are requested to help for resolve this matter.
