[Resolved]  National Insurance Co Ltd — Harrassment in Car Insurance Claim

This is to inform to you that i have policy for my sift desire car from national insurance car from last 3 years (2010) , and really a matter of fact that

(1) i as a consumer being totally harrassed by urs surveyor , on that i had requested to him for needful to do .

i had given my car for repair on Berkeley automobile a Week before , Surveyor appointed thgrough national insurance Mr Rp ahluwalia has not done that gracefully as being informaed by Berkeley automobile and car is being half repaired .

(2) Sahmeful is the issue that in this Sciencetific world , who has time , Even then i had informed him personally about to do the needful . Same has been ensured by Mr R.p.Ahlualia to revisit the workshop for doing needful for my car door / Back headlight .

(3) How the things are happening is really a point of question that " Denail is from both the ends > Surveyor / Baerkeleys . whereas i think that for such small claims " There should be rights with car dealer , as this is a cashless claim & even there is a amount of money paid by me Rs 2572/,. in which Rs 1000/. clause is also there .


(4) Wastage of my Impoartant time has been done by urs appointed Surveyor / also a blaim is on you people to appoint the Person who is doing ungraceful things , which is not being appreciated in this world of practical atomsphere / .

Still my car was there for 3 extra days for the same , and surveyor has not even did his needful ?????


This is a Tip of iceberg , so many other complaints were being not solved for consumers , but no body speeks and benefit goes to company. but overall this is high kind of negligence & also a high harrassment to consumer , which has also been done with me .

Once again i remind to all of you for proper action within 7 working days , failure to this will be taken that you do not want to solve the problem .

the national insurance co ltd — non payment of car claim

Claim of Policy No:150100/31/10/[protected] of M/s. National Insurance Co. Ltd.

Dear Sir,
My Vehicle registration no. HR-51-S-4232 Tata Indica car caught fire in October 2010. I have lodged a claim for this vehicle & Mr.S.P.Mangla BD-58 Janak Puri happened to be surveyors from your company. He got Inspected my vehicle after it was repaired. By start of November-2010. I got my vehicle back.

But till date no claim is being settled even after 5 months.I have contacted Sh. S.P Mangla & got enquiry papers. Last reply from Sh. S.P Mangla was send to your company on dt. 21.02.2011
Till date no claim has been received. Please help.
