I, Juned Pasha Had taken a National Insurance Policy BALAGHAT MADHAYA PRADESH from your company against policy number 371602/31/10/[protected] for my father,Late Iqbal Pasha. The nominee of the policy is my mother, AArefa Pasha

With deep regret this is to inform you that my father passed away on 12/may/2011 due to Bike accident. I have submitted all the following documents..in NATIONAL INSURENCE BALAGHAT office

But we have not got any bike claim as well as death claim. When ever we go to the National insurance Balaghat office for further communication but The officer and Manager do not co-operate with us.they always try to extend the date and they treat us in a disgusting way like gentleman never do.And they even said that the case is closed and the policy are lapsed we try to reopen the case but did not work any more.

Sir you are a last hope to me and my family please support us and resolve my problem as early as possible.
