[Resolved]  National Insurance Co. Ltd. — to get medi assist claim Sufferings

Dear Sir.
I am Anil Kumar from Trivandrum.
My Individual mediclaim policy no : 570201/48/10/[protected].
I have to do my hernia surgery ,I contacted PVS hospital Calicut and mailed them scan copy of my policy and requested for my claim then I got the mail from PVS Calicut (This is to inform you that your renewed policy is not registered with Mediassist therefore cashless not received, kindly co-ordinate with your insurance co)then I mailed to insurance people and got some reply which I am forwarding.
After that because of this issue I changed my surgery date and got admitted on 4th Aug 2010 and surgery on 5th Aug and discharge on 7th Aug when we went for settlement of bills I got the news the amount sanctioned is only twenty balance I have to pay( being I told its cashless I had no cash in my hand.then I called SURESH BABU (Manager medi assist Cochin Mob No ;[protected])I called him 60 times to get clarification,he not picked thephone finally he picked the phone and told he is not in a position to give me the details and gave me one tollfree number ,they asked for MA id ,I, not provided with any such id or id card.
After the surgery with pain I expected a positive support from your people.But the way of the talk of SURESH BABU (Manager medi assist Cochin gave me lot of pain)this is not the right way to behave with a customer who is hospitalised hope you can understand the pain at that situation.
Finally with the support of the administrative officer Mr.Ravi Menon PVS hospital we came out from the hospital.
Because of my words my Cousin also took a policy ( Amita Somanath,policy no;570201/48/10/[protected])and they too suffered alot to get the claim.
I heard from hospital people that National insurance is always a big problem for people,you people never answer proper or guide the customers in a right way.
Now I suffered this much I feel shame for the behavior of SURESH BABU (Manager medi assist Cochin).
We use to renew the policy at the right time to get proper benefit from that if that’s not served means what is the use of taking your policy and running behind your people.
I want you to take severe action on SURESH BABU (Manager medi assist Cochin)
Till on date we not received the photo id.
Now we are looking for a good insurance company who serves better ways,and who understands the pains of cutomers.
I never recommend anyone to take your policy ,which will give them only troubles,from my bitter experience.
I want spread this story of mine (your peoples improper cutomer dealing likeSURESH BABU (Manager medi assist Cochin) all over the places (on net,friends,relatives)
Being discharge day of mine is Saturday evening I have no way to do any transaction through bank,so it caused me a lot of mental tension still now I am not recovered from that.i plan to suit a case on insurance ombudsman .
