[Resolved] National Insurance Company Limited — non receipt of ID CARDS | |||
Dear sir I have takan Health policy thorugh Bank of Baroda( baroda health) in the moth of April 2010. vide Polilcy No. 370303/48/10/8500000/168 for self, spouse & two children. I have not received the ID card till date. You would appreciate that 5 months has already passed. On enquiring from Bank, Bank of Baroda, unersinged is told that we are not responsible only Insurance co. can answer. On having telephonic discussion with shri Sita Ram Kohali we were told that the same shall be issued by TPA. We at last contacted M/s Medsave Health Care, at Jaipur on telephone, a person sitting there was not ready to listen any thing & told instead that insurane company shall answer you. We do not understand why these peoples who are sitting for giving services is not listening of our greviences. We request you to kindly help us in this regards otherwise we would have no option to go in for consumer court for necessary action & refund of premum of Rs. 4647/-paid in the month of april 10 with interest. thank you, Navin sharma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
