National Insurance Company — Lost Bike insurance Claim

and my claim no. is 95.

I lost my bike 3 yrs back.Took me almost an yr to arrange for all the documents!
Its been almost two years now that i have send my documents and i do not receive any claim or feedback form the persons concerned.

I am in dire need of money. I want my money as my bike was insured.
Please help me out
