[Resolved]  natwest bank — is it fraud?

i recieved a mail to contact the bank personnel of natwest bank to open an account so that i could inherit a handsome amount of money from a lady who is suffering from cancer although she said to keep 20% aside to help the poor and needy i did contact the bank personnel he asked me to open an account i did opened an account but now i am not able to transfer the funds from that account i contact the bank personnel they said i need to pay the NRT tax so that i will be able to transfer the funds i am kindda getting suspicious if you could help me out with it do reply me on [protected]@yahoo.com
