I received something similar to this.I doubt this is genuine, note where the e-mail is coming from(Discuz) and Mr. Charles Alex's e-mail address is from hotmail(instead of e.g. [protected]@natwest.com)...clealy suspicious.

I suggest you forward the e-mail to [protected]@natwest.com. and report it..
