I was going to open a OFFSHORE PREMIUM ACCOUNT with Natwest Bank Plc. with a minimum deposit of 560 Pounds. Mr. Charles Alex as my cheque made out to RODNEY MICHAEL JOHNS in the sum of 950,000 Pounds Stirling and Mr. Charles Alex wants 340 Pound transfer fee. This make this whole thing a scam. Please investigate this.
