Naukri.com — behavior of company

i have enrolled in the jobmail service of naukri.com but i am not getting my job which i looking for,not satisfied with the service. when i call to the customer care or job manager they dont help,their behavior is not supportive.I dont know why they are doing this. When i told them strictly that please do something then they said we have recorded yr voice we will cut FIR against you.In this problem what i do..
