Navbharat Times — Regarding Free Gift

I am registered user of NBT and they have a point system, on the basis of your uses they give u point that u can redeem that for any Gift. i made 9000 points and orderd adidas deo for 5500 points and I filled there online form but not got any thing at my address. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

Group of people damaging NMC property by playing football at Ambazari Garden daily at 8 am.The are causing damage to the Hunter Air Craft mounted in the garden and also damaging the lawn and trees in Ambazari garden.
