[Resolved] Navi Mumbai Police — not sending information required by other department | |||
I went to lodge a theft complaint of N-97 mobileat the belapur police station but they were not ready to lodge as stolen , but they forced me to lodge it as lost and for this taken a bribe of Rs 300/- by Mr Praveen Patil. This complain was lodge on 27th september. I approach cyber crime branch for search on the basis of IMEI no , but they told they need a forwarding of the complain lodge by the police station to them, but till now the police station is not ready to send the required forwarding. Now I dont know to whom I should approach so that the police department should send the information to cyber crime branch. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, My name is Abraham Varghese and working as Teacher in a private School, CBD ------
(1). I have submitted my complaint to the Kalamboli Police station on the date of 12/05/2010 regarding a builder is absconding without settle the matter after court verdict came and violating the order.
(2). I have submitted a complaint to Commissioner of Police, C B D, regarding that there is no response from the Kalamboli Police station dated on 29/01/2011.
(3). I have again submitted complaint together to Commissioner of Police, D. C. P and A. C. P. on the dated 20/05/2011.
Sir, we are common people and we do not have any roof over our head. We stay on rented house, but the builder who has cheated us, enjoying with our money investing in other project and make huge benefit. It is 2 years over after court verdict came and even now he is absconding.
After court verdict came when he was with his project work and his business going on as well I showed his office to the constable, but he could not arrest him. After completion of the work and gave possession and O.C.to the every flat buyers, he jumped from here to other state. I do not know that it is my fault or not. Anyway I was looking unto heaven and pray.
Now I came to know this builder with his project work in Mysore and Gujarath, his project address and phone Nos also with me. In such condition I ask, please help me taking my matter seriously.
Sir, I booked flat in the year of 2007 and all the amount has been given as cheque payment and receipt also received from the builder. It is our hard earn money and all the documents also with us. He was sold the flat that I have booked to the other person in high price when project price is increased. So that we approached the court.

Sir, My grievance is that why don't search or enquire about this builder and arrest him, why don't take any action against this builder while he is enjoying in Navi Mumbai, doing his business and his project works also be going on in Mysore and Gujarat.
As he is violating the court order and committed an act of contempt of court for disobeying the order act, he is not only fighting with me but also to judiciary like court and police department. so please arrest him and put him in prison. So please arrest him and get back our money and to be prosecuted for committing an act of contempt of this Hon'ble forum for not obeying the order dated on 04/01/2010. and be arrested and sent to prison.

we residents of CBD are facing problem of traffic conjunction between fire station and MGM hospital due to parking of vehicles in 2/3 rows in front of prabhat center.Now it seems that MacDonald food joint is being opened in near future on first floor of prabhat center.Now it will definitely going to add existing parking problem and public transport system of NMMT, BEST will also likely get affected.Whether your traffic branch have taken notice of it and taken necessary steps to avoid this problem, If at all while granting required permission of your department you should insist this food joint to make provision for parking of vehicles for their customer. I hope you will take necessary steps in this regard.Thanks
