SEBI OR ANY OTHER RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION WHO CAN HANDLE THIS MATTER JUST LIKE NCFM CERTIFICATE USED BY OTHER WITHOUT MAKING AWARE OF IT..PLEASE GIVE ME MAIL ID OR WEBSITE ADDRESS...AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...THANKS

I am SUB-BROKER with KOTAK SECRUTIES LTD IN BANGALORE. three months ago i was working with motilal oswal secruties as the sales manager. that times they used my NCFM certificate.but when we resiend that office we send him release my NCFM certificate on 15 dec as written and email.but till date they didn't release my NCFM Certificate. I would like to know right now what we do for that. Awaiting...

i m also suffering from the same problems, my NCFM certificates are running in MOTILAL OSWAL SECURITIES LTD. when i was working in their frienchise at panvel, now i leaved that job & i told them too many times from last 2 months to release the same but they have not done yet, so now i want to make complaint against them in SEBI, so please guid me.

if i want to take legal action against any stock broker house for using ncfm certificate without my concern what is procedure should i hire a lawyer for taking a legal action for compensate
i have clear idea about NCFM they are a private body and without there permission nobody can use a certificate but in that matter NCFM HAVE A CLEAR IDEA and they must support that type of broking house who want a a certificate AND ncfm body they release a certificate to that house to taking some handsome money
