Dear Sir,

I have received the message from NDPL regarding electricity bill of Rs.1020 against KNo. [protected].
But I am staying on rent and there is no electricity meter registerd against my name.
So, I request you that you forwaded the notice to NDPL to check it from their end.

I hoping that this type of message will not receive to my number in future.

Kindly take the action immediately and forward the mail to concern department(NDPL).

I Had paid Bill of Rs 490/- of NDPL by Ch in Axis Bank, Sector 7, Rohini, on 1.5.2009, which was debited by you in my account on 4.5.2009. However, NDPLhas not given the credit of the same and they are not showing the payment. They have included the same as Arrears. My K No is [protected]R (in the name of S P Kapoor)
You are requested to rectify the same under intimation to me, so that NDPL can rectify the Bill.

Dear sir,

My K.No. [protected]U is and my meter load is 4KAV. My meter is running very fast resultant electricity Bill is comming so high.

So I request to you pl send your engineer to check the meter, if it is faulty than pl replace it.

Second problem is that I want to reduce the load of my meter from 4.0 KVA to 2.0KVA, as it is sufficient load for my flat.

I have taken Electric Meter on 25-09-09 vide Meter No. 42042335 and I deposited a sum of Rs 4500/-
in cash vide receipt No. 17199 dated 23-09-09 at my commercial premises at 8644, IInd floor, Shidi Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi110005. Today I receipt a SMS to deposite Rs. 4500/- vide demand note no. 357816 upto 18th Nov, 2009. I can not understand what far the payment of Rs. 4500/- is demanding, Kindly confirm us.

The ineffective warning of Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit to the BSES and the false comments upon NDPL are all political games. The truth is that the Delhi Govt is hand in glove with the DISCOMs. All such comments and warnings are only upon the surface. In reality both are mutual beneficiaries.
The BSES operates in areas where RWA are more active and raise there concerns strongly. However, in case of areas with NDPL, the people are equally affected but somehow they are unable to raise the same strong noises.
If one visits the consumer courts/forums, in the area of NDPL, the major litigations are against the NDPL. Cases includes complaint against Power outages, irregular billing, hefty bills, false assessment, harassment through NDPL officers, corruption etc. It is surprising as to how our Chief Minister remains unaware of these facts and why she seems to be giving a clean chit to NDPL.
The media can play a big role in highlighting the plight of the victims of the NDPL too. The best way to approach the victims of the NDPL is to reach to hundreds of people who are filing consumer complaints against the NDPL in Consumer Court Shalimar Bagh.
