My neighbour Mr SATHEESH has got a coconut tree in his compound, which is posing a big nuisance to our Brand new car parked in our compound,as the coconut and dried branches keeps falling,and in spite of me telling him to cover our side with a net so as to protect our life and car from any damages.
On 16/7/20011 midnight a coconut fell on our car and damaged left side front door, for which my neighbour says they are helpless, so I lodged a complaint in VEVEKNAGAR POLICE STATION, BANGALORE -560047,the Station authorities called my neighbour to the station and adviced him to cover our side whith a net for which my neighbour Mr Satheesh in agreed in writing, and so far he has not done any thing to protect us and our car from any damages due to the fall of coconuts and dry branches from his tree.
Iam very worried as my aged Father, an Ex-Service man aged 95 yrs keeps walking and sitting on a chair in the compound, as the Monsoon already started with heavy rain and wind I fear more damages from his coconut tree, and he should bear all the expences for the damages caused by his coconut tree i futre.Please do the needfull.
