I write very painful, My Mother is Illiterate, In 1989 My Mother was purchase TV Rs.12950/ from The Prathmik Kshishak Sahakari Bank at Boharpati Nashik on monthly basis payment. but we paid some installment regularly but within period we have face financial problem and in 1993 The Prathmik Kshishak Sahakari Bank took Colour TV from our Home that time Bank take all Necessary document from My Monther and mother had nothing education about this. After year in 1997 bank resale TV to his customer Rs.2500/- but he didn’t informed us, nothing any notice about your remaining balance so and so and pay this amount to bank. After
Year in 2004 bank send notice to my mother about your outstanding balance then we decide to visit to bank and ask sum question to bank but he nothing to give any positive response. The Prathmik Kshishak Sahakari Bank put case against my mother regarding outstanding due in office of the Deputy Register Co-op Society Nashik Ltd.but without informed us court declared result against my mother to pay Rs.12950+47079=60029 or pay one time settlement Rs.47000/- but we have not condition to pay such huge amount to Bank. bank take benefits my mother his Illiterate and bank chitted us and pressurized to pay this amount.i request bank i pay only face value but bank charges huge interest on face value. Then please suggest me what I do??? bank also take his TV and demanding huge amount also my mother uneducated and she Doesn’t know any documentation, she patient of Diabetes and bank wake up after 20 year and demanding amount.
I have no any document against bank but bank take all document in 1993 from my mother.
