[Resolved] New Delhi Passport Office — did not receive Passport even after three months | |
Hi, I applied for the Passport on 19Nov,07.But i did not get my passport till now. The file Ref no. is H[protected]. Upto 22nd Jan the status was : " Police report has not been received." After that i mailed to the passport office , then after two days the status changed to :'Passport was ready on 23-01-08.'But i did not get the passport till today[protected]. I used to do the mail to passport office regulary but no response was there from their side.Also No body is picking up the phone there. Once i got a call from passport office and told that the police report has not been received. Then i contacted the local police station as well as the Distt Police station. Ijust confirmed from them about the verification. Local police stations sent the request on 24 Dec,07 and the Distt Police station sent the report on 04jan,08. Now i am not getting what to do ???? The present status is : 'Passport was ready on 23-01-08' But i did not get the passport till now..... Please help... I APPLIED PASSPORT APPLICATION IN DELHI AT 02.08.2011 BUT SIR FROM PASSPORT OFFICE MY PASSPORT DID NOT DISPATCH ME ON THE NET STATUS POLICE VERIFICATION IS OK AND PASSPORT IS UNDER PROCESS SIR I HAVE NEED URGENT IT SO PL SEND ME MY PASSPORT.

I gave My native place address only in the passport application details...When time of enquierry the Police said me to apply Re-Enquirry to Kakinada MCA College also...Again I have applied Re enquiery in September 2011 and In that I mentioned both My Native place Address and Kakinada MCA college address also...My native police enquierry done in september 2011 but when I check the my passport application status...It shows "YOU ARE NOT RESIDING AT THE ADDRESS YOU MENTIONED"
Later I met March 13th 2012 at Visakhapatnam Regieonal Office..But they check my application number status and they gave me the first enqueirry status only...that is " INCOMPLETE APPLICATION STATUS" AND They said the KAKINADA RE-ENQUIERRY REPORT NOT YET CAME HERE AND IF YOU CAN GET THAT REPORT FROM KAKINADA POLICE STATION YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED
I WENT TO KAKINADA POLICE STATION ON 4TH APRIL 2012 AND TOLD MY PROBLEM TO THEM...THEY SEARCHED THEIR FILE FOR MY APPLICATION ENQUIERRY AND SAID ME THAT...THE VISAKHAPATNAM PASSPORT OFFICERS DID NOT SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO HERE FOR ENQUIERRY...I DIS POINTED ...

Respested Sir,My name is Almas Antulay on 05 Jan 12 i apply for new passport in thane,in month of april 2012 clear my back ground check and because of elcetion my police verification was late. As per the passport websit,16 june 12 was showing despach date today is 21 june 12 already six month delay.
Last year in times of india i have read one article regarding passport from april 2012 new passport willrecevied in one month and for takkal one week ??? Where is the gov know??

My Name Is Bunty. I have a complaint regarding my Passport. I had submitted a form for my new passport on 27/4/2012.File No. is DL[protected] and receipt no. DL2F[protected]. I Live in Jahangir Puri Delhi-33. All the process of regarding my passport had been completed On 29/05/2012, I got a message on my cell that your passport K3339921 has been dispatched through Speed Post and its tracking number is ED[protected]IN.But sir on 30/5/2012 it was on N.S.Mandi S.O Branch and they had updated the wrong status of the tracking number that ‘Delivery Attempted: Door Locked-Intimation Served’.but no one came to my place and after that on the next day they updated this status Delivery Attempted: Insufficient Address and send my parcel to the another branch and this process was going on afterward. After some time When I saw the status of my passport through tracking number on 14/06/2012 it was in the Karol Bagh S.O. and was Delivered in the other address of Karol Bagh. When I went to the Karol Bagh SO Branch the post master given the fake excuse that it was not your passport or you got the wrong tracking number so you have to meet the N.S.Mandi S.O branch post master when I met him they also made same kind of excuses. How can they deliver my passport to the another address when all the details of mine is written over there. There are lot of chances that the person who got my passport can misuse it.But till now i am not yet received my passport so I have requested to you please take suitable action against it, as soon as possible. This is the 3rd time i am sending this complaint but no one taken the strict action against on this matter.Please Help Me Sir, to resolve my issue.
